It's hardly news when reports of furry drama pop up on the Internet. Those of us on the sidelines laugh and shrug our shoulders. "Oh you furries, at it again!" we say. Those embroiled in the drama do not find it as funny. Reputations are made and ruined on the Internet with a pace and bravado that is only matched by Neoconservative Republicans called out on sex scandals.

There is no need for deep explanation as to why furries tend to be a Hemi-boosted V8 Engine of Drama....

Amongst furry artists especially, there seems to be this rabid mindset of ownership and display that I have only seen matched in the executive offices of the MPAA/RIAA. To a degree, such behavior seems justified. After all, if you are in the business of selling your works, it makes sense to have as much control over the ownership and distribution of those works so you can be paid your dues.
